真空解吸變壓吸附制氧設備(Vacuum Desorption PSA Oxygen Plant)

流程簡介:

原料空氣經過濾去粉塵,進入鼓風機增壓,進入吸附器,空氣中的N2, H2O、CO2及碳氫化合物被吸附劑吸附,同時獲得氧氣,吸附塔吸附飽和后,自動切換,該吸附器減壓抽真空再生,本設備有三個吸附塔交替使用,連續(xù)獲得氧產品,氧產品經過氧壓機壓送至用戶,氧壓機壓力可根據用戶要求設置。

PROCESS DESCRIPTION
After removal of dust by the suction filter, the feed air is pressurized by the air blower and led to the adsorber. Nitrogen, moisture, carbon dioxide in the air are adsorbed by adsorbent, oxygen gas is obtained at the same time. When the adsorption is saturated, the system will change over automatically, then the adosrober will be depressurized and vacuumized for regeneration. There are three adsorbers working alternatively to obtain product oxygen continuously. The product oxygen is delivered to the User after being compressed by the oxygen compressor at the pressure specified by the User.
